What are the symptoms of a cyst? My sis not married and her periods are all over the place and sometimes doesn’t have periods for months doc just says its normal for some people and not to worry?! Any advice what to do

Usually cysts are symptom less. I used to have abdominal pain though. Usually cysts are diagnosed through ultrasounds.
