I've always disliked their clothes and now will be letting people know not to shop there. That's horrendous.

Yesterday, i witnessed a showdown there too. A girl came there to exchange the suit she brought from there but the salesman refused to change it saying it was already late for that. she keep on insisitng and requesting them that the size doesn't fit her, but the guy there refused to exchange and in the end he went rude and started scolding her and a showdown happened. The guy shouted at her and said "dont come to this shop ever" and the girl started to cry. I was terrified and quickly went out of the shop afterwards. God knows wat happened afterwards.

oh thatz one of my most favo shops and i always buy stuff from there..but after reading about this incident am feeling so bad about them...

Are you talking about the shop in Karachi or in Lahore?

So it starts at 2000 or ends at 2000 because that is cheap! You can barely find suits that are 5000 now at most boutiques. Wow.

What the hell?! Regardless of whether she stole it or not, which I'm sure she DIDN'T, that still does NOT make it right for a grown man to raise a hand on a girl!!! I can't believe the people around him let this violence occur! If my mom were there she would have slapped that guy right back regardless of who he hit!! I stopped going to Cynosure a long time back because the clothes there suck but now I'll NEVER go inside one again, I think all females should boycott this shop in deference to the violence that occurs there. That man deserves to go out of business!

I would've slapped him with a chappal. How rude of him!! Regardless of if the girl was right or wrong he had no right to be abusive. I assume he is a salesman, how come he's never been reported to the store management!

OMG.. so unprofessional and unethical..

I dont go there anymore anyway, I stopped buying their stuff a few years ago.. the fabric is usually very cheap and badly dyed. The dress starts looking old even after the first careful hand wash.

OMG... thts terrible he shud take ANGER MANAGMENT classes if tht happened to me my hubby probably wud hav killed him...i wud hav kicked him were it REALLY HURTS!!!!
