It wont affect Dubai! Dubai is after the strait and the sea is north of Dubai. It may hit some eastern part of UAE but not Dubai.

It seems to have get strength again with two eyes forming but they are of lesser strength then yesterday. Par of it has already hit Oman’s land.

Things are in bad shape in Muscat for the time being, heavy flooding. wind speed 145 km /hr. Heavy rain since mid night.

I am safe but family is stuck in the building due to flooding. I am in constant touch with them via phone, They have provision for a week.

The cyclone is expected to come down by tomorrow 18:00 hrs. I hope everything turns out fine.

BTW our underground car park is FULL of water (my wife told me as in aquarium), by using imagination I can see the cars swimming in there.

It was the highest category (5) hurricane before hitting Oman but now it is only category 3. Well wishes for you and your family.

It is causing rain in Iran, parts of Balouchistan and as far as Afghanistan.
