your location would have been helpful, there are few tips to buy good stainless steel cut. set, make sure it is 18/10 stainless steel, it is very durable ad lasts very long time. If I were yo I would go to a very good houseware shop and get a good set, may cost you double or more than an average set but trust me will be worth it.
