can ppl share their experience with customer service of clothing stores/ designers in Pakistan?I’ll go first:

Bareeze: I heart this brand, they have the best customer service . if the “thans” have any defect in embroidery, they will either cut out and discard that portion or give us additional fabric to compensate for the defect. Alterations and exchanges are pretty easy too. They also do a good job of dying fabric for slips when we get three piece suites from the thans.

Motifz: BADDDDDDDDD.Aside from the regular “thaans”, they sell precut unstitched cloth for suites. My mom bought one of these for my aunt and they had been so stingy with the fabric, there wasn’t enough to make sleeves:s When my mom spoke to the shop owner, he refused to acknowledge their mistake let alone offer a refund/discount. From the thaans, they won’t discard any defect and wont offer a discount if the defect is part of your purchase :s. bottom line BAAAAD customer service.

Nickie Nina: They never deliver any products on time and according to requirements. My sister had a terrible experience with her wedding dress. it was delivered a day before the wedding and was not her size and the embroidery was a different color. They also completely refused to accept their mistake. Both sisters are very bi$%hy. bad bad bad experience
