Custom Titles / Avatars

Those of you who have accumulated 1000 posts may set their own custom titles. And those who have more than 2000 posts may upload a static or animated custom avatar. Within a few hours this last limit will be scaled down to 1500.

in User control panel. link up right.

can we also use Tags like *** etc while update/add Titles??
