How do I hot-link the gif file on to the gupshup server?
i did upload it using image gallery but received a reply from Mr. Custom that it wasn’t done properly.
I assume you already asked this question to Mr Custom via PM, and posted it here, when you didn't get a response from him?
Or did I miss something here?
Nopes. I did not ask Mr. Custom. I wasn't sure if Mr. Custom entertains questions or not.

I first uploaded the image using the image gallery and it did not work. So, now i wanted to upload it using the hot-link (as mentioned in the instructions).
well, do u know how to do that?

Sorry for the delayed response. If you have a GIF avatar, and you can't upload it to any other website and hotlink in your PM, then, please email it to [email protected] as that is the email address of Mr Custom.
