Fathers do it too!! So it happens both ways…sometimes ppl will do what ever it takes to hurt the other person.

In my case..my dad got custody of me…I think my mom gave up the battle coz she could see it was damaging to me…but am not sure about the details. Don’t want to know the details too.

Agreed - it could be the father as well who plays the mind games and tries to alienate a child from their other parent. Malice and the ability to hurt someone is not the exclusive domain of either gender.
