Curvy ANY DAY! I am curvy (as in don’t have bones sticking out and have meat on my body. I basically keep my weight in the healthy range for my height) and I like to have curves in the right places. Also, my fiance HATES the idea of me losing weight (I’m always trying to lose the last 10lbs 
) and he loves that I have womanly curves. He threatens to grow a hobo beard and cut his hair (both things I am heavily attached to and don’t want him to change b/c I find them SEXAY so no changing what I like, hmph!) if I ever try to lose weight and mind you, I am not “thin”. Plus, many studies show that guys actually associate curves and meat on girls with womanly and feminine figures and most HATE the dreaded Size Zero ideal that girls think guys seem to dig.
That being said, some people are naturally skinny and that is fine but I personally would want a curvy girl (has meat on her bones, even a little bit of chubbiness, ahem). I just wouldn’t want to feel a girl’s hip bone if I gave her a thumka, basically.

If you are happy with your body why do you want to lose 10lbs?

I just always want to feel comfortable in my clothes..that's very important to me...i like being proportionate.
I hate people who are obsessed with weight and diet.
I like exercising because it just helps me feel more productive and "healthier"

I am curvy, will always be curvy and am very happy with it. I am healthy for my height and that's where I will stay.
I have been skinny and it doesn't look good on me. I look weak and drained. It just doesn't suit me.

Everyone says I’m perfect and don’t need to lose weight but having struggled with weight issues as a kid and basically growing up a chubby kid kind of messes with your body image a bit. Although my mom pinches my stomach and asks me to “melt it” off, 
I always feel like I should lose 5-10lb so I can have a margin for the amount of weight I’m allowed to gain if I eat too much so I’m not in diet mode all the time basically.

it is all about posing in a manner that body looks curvy, the more curves you have will more chances to be attracted by guy.

… I think skinny people can carry off clothes that curvy people can’t and vice versa…
are you counting being skinny as not having curves? 'cause I’m pretty sure skinny people can have curves too, (albeit less defined?).
There are so many different body shapes, its hard to distribute them into just two categories!
Curvy is the body Allah (and my genes) gave me and I’m ok with that!

there is a very large proportion of women who are fat but think of themselves as curvy though...

past few years i've gained around 5-7 kilos
i used to be very lean small ass, tiny waist flat stomach etc ......
Now i'd be classified as curvy .
Having been on both sides of the fence i'd say nothing beats being thin, lean, less body fat . Dresses look better, jeans look better even my face looked better ! but this maybe due to the fact that i'm a naturally lean body type , there are some girls who are naturally curvy and it sits well with them however on me i think it looks terrible and although my fiancée says he loves my curves i know he would be pleased if i went back to my thin lean self , flat stomch tiny waist etc coz at the end of the day skinny will always be the better of the two .........

Why does it always have to be curvy vs skinny? Former is regarded as a positive/desirable thing whereas the latter has all the negative connotations.
A fair and respectable comparison should be curvy vs athletic body types, because both images are considered equally healthy. It'd cut down the usual and unnecessary bashing and glorification for either type.
