I went to a wedding last week and one of the events had curry with kale (black) chole.
Anyone know how to make it. It was yummy!

1/2 cup black channay (put in water overnight)
2 medium tomatoes
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp haldi
2 medium tomatoes
1/3 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red pepper
In pressure cooker add channay and 7 cups water. Add onion, haldi, red pepper, coriander powder, salt, garlic and ginger. Pressurize. Then add oil and tomatoes. Bhoon lo. When oil comes on top, add more water and cook
