Care to elaborate what kind of jobs are 'coming in'? Any concrete numbers on how many jobs were actually created?
The majority jobs are security related like police etc. People with high school gets the uniformed police jobs but people with less education or no education gets hired for village security, they are responsible the security of the village to keep an eye on who comes and goes to the village. The village security people belong to the same village that they responsible for, usually for the population of 500 there are 10 village security personel. Other than that they have created jobs in hospitals and education and women affairs, they are providing free tutoring, computer education etc.
Kerry-Luggar bill (1.5 billion annually for 5 years) is meant to be spent on NWFP and FATA, I don't know why people are opposing this bill specially JI.
