PPP government has not done much particularly in Sindh and Baluchistan, may result in great set back in coming elections.** But this government has faced the most conspiracies and always under the threat of packing up. Perhaps it is one of main reason for their ineffectiveness in these two provinces, most of the time their efforts were centered on saving the government.**

Yes I agree with you that the conspiracies stopped the government from working for the people but it couldn’t stop them for carrying out corruption (since all governments have been doing that throughout Pakistan’s history so thats not bad either).
