Re: Current Bridal Langha Trends in Pk...
don't eliminate the slits, i'd say... it'll make a long, tube-like shirt, and unless you've got a model perfect figure, i don't see it working out. i have seen longer shirts on lehengas though... it looks really nice, i think... much more elegant than a short shirt, and this is coming from someone who had a short shirt with her wedding lehenga ;) i know if i had to redo things, and this is my only "if i could" yay! haha, i'd go with a longer shirt cos it gives better shape i find, or if you're getting a shorter shirt, get heavier kaam on the daaman cos otherwise, it kind of rides up and doesn't look so good. something needs to weigh down the fabric and make the shirt fit better- either length or kaam. also for material, go with something with really good "Fall" and drape because its going to add a lot instead of a stiffer material.
ahahahha...Thank you this really helps....and no i don't think I have a model perfect figure :p I'm more towards the skinner side :D Yet I've no complains, I like it as is!!!
My MIL & SIL selected a Langha with a combo of Peach & Tea Pink...I do not know what material...I'll be calling the Designer tomorrow to add my two cents to how I want everything done :p
I must say you are always very helpful SGC!!! (Y)
