do you know any husbands who talk to their in laws every week or as frequently as the wives do? and how much does an average married couple talk to their in laws in say a year if they don’t live anywhere near them?

I say salam half the time when I see them online. MSN, FB, skype etc. As far as telephone conversations go, haven't really had one in a few weeks.

proper conversations :) but then again I'm not actually married yet lol so I don't know how that will change once I am married

if you have love and regard for your life partner, their family will be your concern too, and it should be. regularity of contact is one thing, and having concern and respect is another, and when they both combine, it tells how much we care.

My fiance calls my rents every 1-2 weeks & i call his every 2-3 weeks or they call me cuz they know I'm busy with uni n stuff.
