Have you witnessed a government imposed curfew? When and for how long was it?
Where?? In Pakistan?? No there isn’t any..
On the other hand, I’m near the Indian border for 4 days.. and it’s so peaceful ever since 
Don’t remember when & for how long as I was a kid. Only remember that we were visiting Pakistan. We had our flight back from Karachi when the curfew was imposed just a day or two before due to some political turbulence. All remember seeing is military officers in uniform everywhere on the roads on our way to the airport.
Where did you get such news?
Both India and Pakistan had Curfew on Commercial Flights at their Airports last Wednesday and may be Thursday! 
That is why the Indian Pilot was returned across the Wagah Border may be
