^^I second that...Also, I've been using Body Shop's Cammomile eye serum, though quite off-and-on, and it's solved the problem of puffy eyes...
My eyes usually get puffy during exam time when I stay up at night and sleep during the day..but this stuff has worked quite well on it...
By the way, this reminds of an article that I read in some magazine (Vogue or Vanity Fair) which said that Madonna uses a moisturizer that is made of human placenta 
that claims to help retain the texture and quality of skin
Propping u're head on a couple of pillows also helps in draining the fluid from u're face :) cooled mint tea works really well!

Many people use it and it actually works after a long night when you need looking best early in the morning.
Otherwise, teaspoons kept in the freezer for a while soothe the eye area too.
I donot like the idea of putting teabags that have been in a teacup with saliva and all over my eyes thats just yuck!!
Potato and Cucmber slices kept in the fridge also do wonders.
^ "Used" tea-bags actually means just brewed tea.. not one that's been used by sumone!
I boil a cup of water and add 2 cammomile tea-bags and 4-5 mint leaves.. when the water is reduced to 1/4 cup I strain it and cool it.. I soak cotton pads with it and cover my eyes :)
