Culture by its very nature is ever developing. Yes, countries like India, Britian, France have centuries of history that choronicles their culture. But India today is nothing like what it was 50-60 yrs ago. To say that Pakistan has no culture is a rather sweeping comment would you say?? PErhaps you could define what you are looking for in a culture...what is it that Pakistan lacks?? You talk about hatred amongst our people...yeah that exist...but where does that not exist?? There is nothing unique about ethnic hatred....
Pakistan has a culture, perhaps not that which was invisioned at its conception but it is there... present in our interactions, our mannerisms, and everything in our lives..

getting to topic,
well Pakistan has its own culture, frome its own land, it might have been part of india and local values when it was india will still be there. and there is no shame in it. we are not foriegners, we belong to this land what ever you call it, Pakistan, ex india etc.
culture tend to change and develop over time when different people or socities meet. the resultant culture can be good mixture and sometime totally new adoption of new values.
Pakistan has its mix from its past, some from hinduism and Islam as being the main relegions. apart from faith, local cultures and traditions also incepted into its culture and it varies from one place to another within the country.
there is nothing wrong if we share many things with indians now, its just because we are from same region. just like malaysia and indonesia or similar countries.
the difference between Pakistan and India grown more many things are norms in India but still a taboo in Pakistan and they will stay the same apart from some exceptions.

jahalat would be calling someone jahil on the basis of language they speak and accent they have. pretty tough to invent culture with prejudices like these. why cant pakistanis just respect each other, instead of worrying about "culture" that hasnt been formed why not respect the ones that already exist.

they just want a 21st century culture just started up overnight! culture can never be devloped, it develop itself over time. what we have is our culture, some good some bad!
