haha one shouldn't offer a cuddle for money. I heard of free hugs being offered in streets. Like a 10 second hug. This cuddle for money is a new concept. How do you cuddle a stranger for an hour? I can understand friends cuddling but for an hour would be awkward. If he can do it in a platonic way and as a way to offer comfort and reassurance for an hour it may be possible. Who would pay $75 for cuddling? Maybe his past career experience adds to the fee. lol. Maybe it is more fulfilling than his previous career of stripping. The article says it is a mix of meeting over tea, breathing exercises, meditation, massage and cuddling. I still can't believe it would be worth $75.

While that is true I think this service features as a milder form of an escort service. Usually it's the high earning time poor guys who cannot find time for a relationship who do that. For them maybe that amount is inconsequential. Similarly, a female who has a lot of disposable money and little time for a relationship might choose this set up. In a way since she is paying for quality when it comes to looks and personality it is better guaranteed than randomly finding someone online for a date, the guy would have no ulterior motives or be clingy, it will be secret, she does not have to worry about others finding out, or having the guy discuss details with friends. From the article it sounded like it could even be a platonic date.Or if it's a 40-45+ old woman who has had bad experiences or divorce, feels like the options are limited, is feeling lonely and wants human contact without wanting to be rejected she might see it as a option. I think the money mentioned is way too much and it could be less or for free but he probably wants to target select women. Also, time of 1 hr is hardly enough to have a conversation with someone or to get to know them. I still don't get how people can be comfortable to cuddle with a stranger for that long suddenly.
