Retake the exam for all the students or they should be banned those students who cheated?

bann those who cheated. Dont tarr them all with the same brush. Its really easy to root out the ones that cheated. Start with the ones who did poorly throughout the year and failed every test then come exam time came out with As and Bs (I know i would find that odd as a teacher or whatever)
