Re: crying grooms
NeSCio, men cry for the rest of their married life.
Its like the saying, single men die early but married men are alot more willing to kill themselves ![]()
Re: crying grooms
…i wish i could witness that moment
Re: crying grooms
A guy will cry cause he doesn't know what she's going to do to him on his wedding night.
Girls, be gentle. . .

lol. no actually I thought I should fear God and not say such things so blatantly. You never know when He might be in a qubool mood and i’ld be doomed by accident.
Re: crying grooms
i am amazed, we think that men cannot and should not cry.
maybe it is a gesture of happiness which only tears of joy can express.
i can understand if we frown on a man wearing a pink shirt or carrying a red bag being a bit off, but crying is a human thing to do.
Re: crying grooms
there is nothing wrong with a pink shirt
especially on slightly muscular tanned guys :o
Re: crying grooms
I would laugh if my hubby cries ![]()

Re: crying grooms
maybe they cry, because sum1 eventually tells him how bride actually is in reality.
Re: crying grooms
^perhaps it's not that someone tells them, but because after 4 hours the bride's make-up start to wear off and her true face emerges (add to that that the bride's tears also wash off any make-up).....that's why the groom starts crying :D

Yes and he realises… oh God we are both equally ugly, there goes my only chance of having good looking children ![]()
Re: crying grooms
If he was too stupid to never ever ever ever seee her in person before getting married then he deserves to cry ![]()
Re: crying grooms
^and FF:
no, it’s not the boy’s fault. It’s a classical girl-trick. Typically (especially in desi settings) a boy and girl only meet at places/situations in which the girl is very much well dressed and made-up. How often do you think a girl shows her morning-face to her future hubby?

reminds me of this post of mine ![]()

Re: crying grooms
Then he should stick to the love marriage, where he gets to see her everyday in school/at work (no secure, confident woman comes to school dressed for rishta chai thinggy :emmy: ) than taking a risk wiht the arranged..
Re: crying grooms
…:k: best joke!
Re: crying grooms
i would say the crying part is more cause of the uncertainities…from the time u get engaged till the time u get married..of how things would + the actual separation itself..a girl moves into a new life..new ppl..new lifestyle..new scenerios..dependence on someone other than his dad and family…new responsibilities…saying bye bye to a carefree life
on the other hand the guy just gets one new responsibility…learning to spend on this new person added to the family…whatelse?..neither does he leaves his family.. nor does he get pregnant ![]()
