It's usually flattering to know that somone has a crush on you. I don't know what you mean by "will you take it seriously?" Do you mean will you get upset by the crush or will you reciprocate the crush.? Both of these can depend upon many factors. For example, the person who has a crush on you is stalking you/invading your privacy/etc.....or if you see that things are getting out of hand and the person might hurt themselves...you might take it more "seriously" as opposed to just being flattered and shrugging it off. Whether you reciprocate the crush can depend on different things.

Well, since most who do such crushes are teenagers, I would not take it seriously. Although I may be slightly freaked out, I think I would stay well away from someone who had a crush on me....who knows what is going on in their little head... cringes
