I opened a can of crushed tomatoes by mistake (thinking they were diced). It is a pretty big can. What should I do with it? I cannot seem to think of anything.

you can use them to make chicken karhai. To store them, put them in a plastic or glass bottle so they don't go bad sitting in the can.

make some tamatar chutney and freeze the rest.
