We did a Disney Cruise.....it was hands down, the best family vacay ever!!!! My husband was kind of reluctant at first, but by the end of the trip, he had enjoyed it the most!
We did a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas, the best part is Castaway Cay, Disney's private island in the Carribean, we enjoyed there more than the Bahamas!
I will say that Disney cruises cost about alot more than other cruise lines, but it is so worth it. There state rooms are almost 40% bigger than standard cruise lines, because they are made with famiilies in mind. And there ships are like 5 Star hotels, very elegant, and not OTT Disney at all.
Be sure to thoroughly research ports & cruise lines though. You could not pay me enought to take a Carnival Cruise from Galveston, but Disney, or Royal Carribeans new ships Oasis & Allure are amazing.
We're considering doing Disney again to Alaska (they just added this to their iteneraries)
