Re: Crooked Indian call centre workers
indian call cantres provide the quality they want at a cheep cost.
but ya some idiots are there who play with the cust's a/c s.
however, the flow of bpo busns. does 'nt seem like stoppin...
Re: Crooked Indian call centre workers
phillpns is devlpin there call cantre aspects. the cost will be much more cheaper there, once dvlpd. that may be a challenge to indian call centres. but the companies who look for quality will stick with india.

Re: Crooked Indian call centre workers
There is definitely an aviation bubble on the rise in India…I don’t see India buying even 1/4 of that quantity…Like everything else, indians boast and overhype everything they do…India’s economy in the last decede never exceeded seven percent growth and infact most of the decade grew at a rate below 6 pc and this is per the economist…but indians had been claiming that it grew at 7/8 year on year…a profound lie…
Similarly in the aviation sector, one of the LCC Indigo ordered 100 planes…thats not only ludracous, but its height of financial stupidity…JetBlue in the US, the highly successful LLC started a year or so back in the US, only ordered 60 similar planes to launch their operations and that too in the biggest aviation market in the world…What the heck the indians are going to do with those 100 plane is unfathomable, maybe they will link them to their massive railways and run them on railroad tracks…

^says codecoolie analyst sheikh cheguru of the famous flying carpet cabs in response to airbus VP Nigel Harwood. what a sourpuss.
air deccan has already been viably providing airfares cheaper than the higher class train fares for the last couple of years. at such low airfares, it is a brand new market thats opening up with quite a big potential customer base which is growing at 25% annually. there is no comparing this with what jetblue does in the US, a market that is already saturated and airlines make savings off of peanuts literally. comprendes?
Re: Crooked Indian call centre workers
Yeah 6% y/y growth for a decade sucks... who the fk wants that.
