Fake tears. Which therefore means that the words/sentiments (be it affection, remorse, regret, guilt) is all fake. I guess it can be hard to determine if the person is shedding magarmach k aansoo....unless you've come to know the person's nature well.
Not to sidetrack the thread, but how many of you (girls and guys if it applies to you) can make yourself cry at the drop of a hat? When I was younger I could cry on cue and trust me it worked when I needed something. These days, it takes a bit longer - but I can still bring on the waterworks when needed.

We don't know that tears are fake or not unless we know the real nature of person.
