criticism

do u think criticism must be taken seriously? I mean there are things people would like to tell you about or once in a while looking into the mirror is nice

so how many people’s criticism do u take seriously.

Myself ,none.ahhh yes i even thought again.

Re: criticism

if someones do it more often i avoid them. i think i'm getting low tolerance with criticism.

Re: criticism

Constructive criticism when given in private without trying to "show someone up" may be healthy.

Re: criticism

I don't believe in criticism, even if its constructive. I only believe in acknowledgement and encouragement.

(and trust me, at work EVERYTHING is built around constructive criticism and I am always thinking in my head, I can achieve the same results if I acknowledge someone's goods and encourage them to excel at it)

Re: criticism

I take positive criticism seriously. If someone is correcting me in private, I always appreciate.

Re: criticism

Constructive criticism is great. Politely, in private...it can do wonders.

However, it depends on the person to realize with what intentions someone is offering the criticism. If you know you did a great job on something, or if someone is trying to show you up...you need to be able to pick those out and let those words in one ear and out the other.

Re: criticism

At work all you get is destructive criticism :bummer: which eventually you have to take seriously because they dont let you live with peace otheriwse
