Alright this is for the fellas. I recommend buying a crisp white shirt (100% cotton). This piece of your wardrobe is probably the most versatile.

a long, long time ago I worked with an executive that used to have a second shirt for the afternoons.....he would have lunch then take a 10 min break to freshen up......and he would change his shirt.
