No, it’s because the religion that is taught to them in Pakistan. In the video, the boy says he is following Islamic culture that allows him to rape such girls who are promiscuous, not properly dressed and unaccompanied.

You know there is a lot of crime in western countries too every second. Also they (westerners) commit crimes when to go to other countries.
Do they commit crimes because of loadshedding, unstabel politics and most important thing: Do their crimes define them? Are their crimes generalized to the entire western population?

Such low life creatures are not religion, culture, etnicity bound. You will find them everywhere, unfortunately.
And @maait, nowhere do they give such religious teachings where it is allowed to rape women, regardless their dress or behavior.

Unfortunately crimes against women specially rape is pretty common pretty much everywhere in the world. It has nothing to do with being Pakistani or Load-shading or politics or religion.
Some people say it happen because of strict segregation of men and women in Islam but then why it happen in Western world where any man should have no problem in getting a girl to sleep with him?
