If you are referring to governments of Muslim countries then you can forget that, if you are referring to ordinary Muslims around the globe then they get labelled ALQ members when they help their brothers, its a very dangerous line to tread these days.

And, what should be the main concern of ordinary Muslims around the globe?

Labelled as ALQ members or rot eternally in Hell?
