yesterday in Lucman show , there was a debate going on , on taliban lucman was saying according to UN in taliban time crime rate in afghanistan was very very low is there any link to that report any prove if some one knows please bring it here
Oria Maqbool Jan...head of the Punjab archealogical department, a pre-eminant intellecutal and scholar on numerous occasions referred to his own anecdotal experience while visiting Afghanistan during the taliban time...according to him whole warehouses full of goods and food were left unguarded during Taliban's time, because the law and order was enforced and people knew the consequence of breaking the law...
