Cricket's finest moments

Lets revive cricket’s greatest and finest moments

With not much GOOD stuff happening in the cricket world these days, lets use this thread to post videos of your choice, that highlight the skill, the fever, the adrenaline rush that we experience when a bowler bowls an absolute stunner, a batsman shows his class via a magnificent cover drive, or a fielder takes an unbelievable catch.

I will start with this clip from You tube.
Shane Warne at his best :k:

Re: Cricket's finest moments

Good thread for the repository of videos.

I believe Shane Warne has talked about this ball in his book alongwith the ball of the century to Mike Gatting.

Re: Cricket's finest moments

Viv Richards’ brutal strokeplay

Re: Cricket's finest moments

^ what a player he was .... true butcher :)

Wasim Akram screamed his lungs out. Although the Punjabi words that followed afterwards to Dickie Bird was probably what Wasim was thinking, just underneath his tongue.

I don’t think you can call any ball a ball of the century. I’ve seen better that that one.

Anyway, here’s a video of Afridi’s biggest six. This is one of the cleanest hit I’ve seen from Afridi.

This is what Test Cricket was once about - BOUNCERS

Dennis Lillee v Viv Richards

Imran Khan goes bezerk on Ambrose

Re: Cricket’s finest moments

Jeff Thomson - The “TERROR” of the 1970’s
Lillee / Thomson was perhaps one of the deadliest pair
(second only to Wasim and Waqar offcourse :fatee: )
