Its THAT dress they are wearing, that caused the current above the chest bowling action in cricket, that we know in the modern Cricket.

Before that tey used to bowl in a 'below the waist' bowling action. but these ladie wearing that dress made it impossiblefor them to bowl that way. So then they started rotating their arm above the chest.
