Cricket World Cup - On TV in Canada?

Any Ontario folks know if Cogeco will be showing the world cup in Ontario? I live in Burlington and called Cogeco but they had no clue.

Heard ATN will be showing it with Rogers but I dont have Rogers…

How is everyone in Ontario planning to watch it?

unfortunately no. I dont believe COGECO is showing worldcup. Worldup rights in Canada are with ATN-CBN and its not available on COGECO although its available on Rogers, Bell, Shaw etc. Your best bet would be willow.tv

I tried to sign up via willow and it said the ICC World cup is not available for my geographical location:(

did it work for anyone else in canada?

ATN has exclusive rights in Canada.

Bell is offering it for 199.

I would stick to a free stream. Willow has been blocked in Canada by ATN as they have territorial rights.

Pretty messed up actually.

I was able to sign up with willow for 99 bucks - a 30 dollar discount!

Ya but espn sold it in canada to ATN - so those ATN losers have the rights and they are blocking all canadian ips to buy from willow...if you get it with bell its 199 for the cup and if you go with shaw or cogeco its 9.99 per match and 49.99 for the semis and finals....atn are a bun ch of crooks

theres a facebook page against this too.

Willow will show on xbox live as well...if you have that then you shouldn't need anything else...

i am not going to put any money to add to the revenues of these blood suckers like ATN Rogers etc. All the matches will be in the evening / late night (my time zone) so i will be reading all matches on cricinfo.com :snooty: and off course KK :smiley:
