England.. they are the best team in Cricket as of this moment! Unless they find it "too hot" in south Indian cities or Srilanka.

India has the home advantage and it is in form too, but then how many times India has performed up to its expectations and hype.
also you cannot write off pakistan. though it is going through rough times but that could actually prove a inspiration for them.
my money is on India, Aus, Eng.

From form and strength POV thats what it seems like but then you are forgetting that the tournament is being played in India.
