Is it too early to say that Aussies are the best team in the world? Their professionalism and consistency is commendable. Aussies don’t go out saying our team is “unpredictable” like pakies and Indians. They have humbled Indian self-proclaimed best-batting line up in the world to a modest total of 125 runs.
Do desies go to South Africa, West Indies and Australia to smoke weed on the beaches and shake booties in the night clubs? Where the hell is their professionalism. I don’t think Pakistanies or Indians have any right to make big claims until they perform consistently. We should accept that we are NOT number one…our only chance is “unpredictability of our talented yet unprofessional players”. I hope desies put up a good fight in their other games.
** Indian fans let it all out ** :mocking:

I woke up early on the weekend for nothing …mada faqas… :frusty:
Whooaaa!!! Ease up y'all. One bad result does not mean the Indians are out of it. I personally feel that the Indian team has far too much talent to NOT qualify for the super sixes. So lets not write them off just yet, they may come back to haunt (on March 1st to be precise).
I can see Australia, India and Zimbabwe qualifying from this group. India (as usual) will beat Pakistan in the world cup head-to-head. I can also see Pakistan losing to at least England or Zimbabwe.
No disrepect to the Pakistani supporters here, but your team does not have the mental strength. India will come back. But not Pakistan (even with the world-class Afridi in your side).
oh yeah mental strength was evident for sure today. They way thier batting is performing, no onwder thier mental strngth is on a high and they even go out in the field and bowl after thier batting sicne NZL and here today
I strongly believe Ganguly should have opened the bowling with Harbhajjan and Kumble. When you are defending a mediocre total against a world class batting line-up, you dont have time to wait. You bring your BEST OPTION first. He brought spin in the ninth over with score reading around 50+. Too late. A couple of wickets might have created some doubts in the Aussie's minds. Might have.
Harare, Fun Sports Network
In a one-sided match between the resilient Zimbabweans and sissy English, Zimbabwe beat England by 10 wickets. Zimbabwe now has 8 points with two wins whereas Englans is right below Namibia in the pool A table.
English captain Nassers said in a post interview that he has no hope from his old fart team and plans on retiring immediately.

lolllllllllll...........mr.gupta time knows it all!
I can bet the only cencern for mighty Aus is Pak..they know in their heart that Pak is the only side capable of destroying them...
If Pak reached super six..they WILL beat Aus in semis or final..
Pak is the only side!!!
After looking at Zim points i m now concern about Pak..they now have to beat Eng and India (which i think will not be easy)
P.S: In India ppl are torching/burning Indian players pictures...Hahaha!!
The only thing i liked in India & Aus match was Harbajan six @bret Lee!!
Zimbabwe now has 8 points and so does Australia, if Pak can win their next 5 games which now they sure will get to 2nd place. Indians, who were so good at their specialty has now been gone, they might end up losing to Zimbabwe and England. Their confidence is completly destroyed by the Aussies.
The top order got out with their own fault rather than Aussie bowling. Ganguly, Sehwag, and Dravid got out to very wide deliveries, they tried to make the contact but the bowl didn't get staright on the bat, specially in Dravid's case. Tendulkar was brilliant as usual but it was very unnecassary of him to shuffle across the wicket to play the delivery from Jason Gillespie. He had to stay their for whole 50 overs and who knows he might have built a partnership with Mogia and Harbajhan to get India around 200.

Now, India makes 204 against the worst team and 125 against the best. So, we can rest assured India's score from now on will be somewhere between these two.
Ganguly has said it for the second time in a week that we need to put our socks on. Why have they been playing without socks so far?.

Maybe that is the reason they were fined in the airlines that they traveled in for carrying stinky shoes in their luggage remember?

haha
So our lack of mental strength allowed us to dominate the Aussies at one time, and avoiding a huge margin of defeat like your highly matured batsmen, not to mention your bowlers...
With the exception of Tendulkar, Indians definatly struggled against fast bowlers, imagine how they will fare against Shoaib and Wasim, the swing and the pace will demolish them.
