What is this about discussing everything related to a broad topic (like a Cricket Series or a World Cup) in one thread only. I do not get the point. Does the moderator rather have more pages than more threads.
Than why not just have three or four threads. One for CRICKET, one for FOOTBALL, one for TENNIS so on and so forth…

Hizbul, if you had been a regular visitor here you would have noticed that decision to run one thread or multiple threads is taken after discussion with the guppies and both single and multiple threads have been run. Australian tour is one example of the single thread and in fact at one stage I suggested that a new thread to be opened but guppies said no they wanted the same thread to run. In case of football world cup multiple threads were run, again after discussion with the guppies. So next time get your facts straight before making baseless charges and calling names. I could call you names as well but I wont lower myself to your level.

I also once thought that we should have seperate threads for everything, but then I realized ehsan was right in this move to make single threads related to a particular series... Hizbul, instead of calling him names, you could have raised your point politely too... I suggest you see what happened when I started a thread 'hats off to india', there were so many hats off to XXXXXX threads after that!
