Cricket match culture

Pakistan won against Bangladesh… at Shere Bangla Stadium… Match was one sided, but Afridi’s magical batting brought Pakistan into game… I saw… supporter of Bangla team were in stressed, crying and shocked…

In another match… Pakistan won against Inida… same ronda dhona…

Why were they so disturbed?

Isn’t win/lose part of game?

When will we learn sportsman spirit?

Re: Cricket match culture

Sportsman spirit is appreciation for the victory of other team, while the other hand, crying for your lose is a emotional part of the love for your country; so there is a difference.

Re: Cricket match culture

its all due to emotional attachements, its difficult to get out of it/ignore it....

Re: Cricket match culture

aisi baat hi hai.. jo maza India ki haar main hai… :cb:

baqol shayar: uske dil per bhi kaRi ishq main guzri hogi…

why so much excitement for India Pakistan matches only? This is the deep rooted psyche of taking revenge and equating old scores.

Re: Cricket match culture

you also cried when Lala had a phadda with a reporter at Karachi airport :naak:

Re: Cricket match culture

i agreed on this but every one wants something to enjoy and relax, apart from emotional attachements, well yes media exaggerates all these events especially geo, their behaviour is more immature even than a 5 year old kid- hum ne ziada baar haryaa, tum ne ziada baar haryaa, yeh dekhain mein biryaani khaa raha hun jeet khushi mein blah blah…..
