I was actually looking for some serious responses. give me 2 bucks for wasting my time on reading yours.
Cricinfo occassionally comes out with specials for such memorabilia. Check it out. They recently had a bat signed by Sachin. This will give u an idea. Although the bidding price for such things can vary a lot depending on if you find a really sentimental person to haggle with.

funguy NO yaar, I wish, I unfortunately dont have the bat, a friend of mine does and he is thinking about selling it, told me he will give me first chance to get it, so i dont want to offer something to insult him and I dont want to overpay by some idiotic margin.
Fraudz: With items such as these...it may be difficult to assess the value as it may differ from one person to another. I don't really think that if you quote 'a' price to your friend, it would turn him off if the price is lower than what he is anticipating. It simply is what you consider the bat's worth, ain't it?
IMO the price would increase over time. Better buy now...is waqt to aap dost ko keh bhi sakte ho ke bhai...team ki performance to dekho...sadqe theewan! is ka bat le kar karna bhi kia hai! :p

I can pay more since we play tape ball these days! Imran is these days just signing bats all day for his voters.. I never thought of making money as I met him many times.. next tim,e I go to Pak I can bring a container of those..

Dude there are so many scams like this in pakistan and even here…i would only believe it if Imran personally gave me the bat he played with.

this bat was signed by imran for my pal, and there is actually a pic of them together with that signed bat in my pal's hand.
I am kinda surprised why he is thinking about selling it personally. I have told him to keep it and protect it unless he really just does not want it anymore in which case I am willing to pay him a fair amount.
