ok..so a while back, before my wedding, i bought a pack of em. i used em for a few days, was actually quit elazy with it (as everything else in my life 
) but guess what, i did notice a big difference when i saw my wedding fotos! Yay! So now… i have a few leftover. u think they’llb e okay to use? or should i just get a new box? im deathly scared of putting them on and then my teef falling out (Allah rehm karay)!

anyways u can check the date if they r not expired yet then its ok to use them
or check on the box if there is any precaution written on it u know like use them within 2 months of opening and stuff
if there is any warning then dont use them
but if there isnt and they r not expired yet so its totally safe to use

I don'tthink they'll go bad in 18 months. If they smell and look fine then you can use it. I think normally these things have an expiry of 1 1/2 yr to 2 yrs...

sara just use a good toothpaste...whitening--bleaching your teeth will eventually wear off the enamel....and they will start looking thinner--transparent...blue-ish sort....
use baking soda once a week...
use a straw to drink your sodas..and other carbonated drinks..as well as acidic drinks..
brush after drinking tea...and after eating anything that stains your teeth..
have your dentist clean them...and ask him/her about other options...

Chanda i already use straws when i drink soda… just dun like to drink it lthe other way. and..i dont drink tea… and dont kill me but i never been to a dentist

I used crest white strips as well, and the effect lasts for quite some time...but I was lazy too and didn't do them for the whole week day and night, just did them once a day. Do go to the dentist, and make sure ur not using crest whitestrips too much, the dentists do warn against that. And if I were you I would probably test one and see if it feels ok...if so use. My teeth did get a bit more sensitive to hot and cold after using the strips (that is one the things they have warned abt) ...

Ok I just googled it and it said that it is not bad but just less effective if you have crossed the expiry date to few months. So I guess it is ok to use them. If you don't feel comfortable then just throw them.

Alhumdulilah i've got fine teeth its just that the yellow thingy just on the 2 teeth, no matter if i do brush 3 times a day........... (i dont see any difference)
whitening tooth paste not happening either so i just use the normal paste.
so, is it ok to use crest whitestrips.?

i don’t get why people use those strips. just brushing your teeth twice a day keeps them white, healthy, and clean.
