Making a website for your wedding seems kinda the norm for me in the recent times. Seems like every invitation my family has been receiving has one listed. I like them and find them to be really helpful. I think its great especially if you are living abroad and having non-muslim/non-pakistani people attending your wedding. It’s a great way to explain all the various events that they will be attending… they can become familiarized with it and know what to expect.
^ and yea - they can be super easy to make and free even. All you have to do is follow the directions, pick out a template you like, and type in information you want to share/upload the pics you want to share.
so true!! too much to worry abt as it is!
plus im not having alot of events so i dont need to share too much info, it'll be on the cards!!
i just really believe in 'nazar', to show ure whole story, pictures etc seems too public, somethings should be left private :)
Yeah I believe in Nazar too ! Mine's more going to contain information for all the participants involved for dance rehearsals and all.. And probably for RSVP's..
Also, part of my website will be open to public, and part of it only open to me or family to update as we go for information on guests list, appointments and all..
Another thing - yesterday, i purchased the most BEAAAAAAAUTIFUL wedding journal for a bride - its good because its in an openable type folder witha ll these planning tabs and all and because im in the process of selecting photographers etc, any exhibition or stuff i go to, i put their business cards/packages info inside tht journal folder..
