depends on the recipe I guess...
There's heavy whipping cream. light cream. whipped cream..cool whip (thats whippied cream in a dabba as opposed to whip cream which comes from a can).

These are the brands. I use store brand. They are all the same.
I use different kind of creams for different dishes. Brands, like I said I buy store brand, cheaper.
