Well the reason is because the shadow is cream, so you what you can do is after applying the shadow, just powder the area where you want to apply the eyeliner or even use a pink eyeshadow (powder) just over the lower lid (close to eye-lashed) then apply the eyeliner also you should use a liquid liner and not pencil, then you’ll be able to get the look you want, try it and see if its work, it should work and I sometime do this trick and it works for me.
