"Everyone will be with those whom he loves." (Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 8, Book 73, Number 189)
Similar ahadith are in another books (sunnan Abi dawud and others) but I can't find an online ref for them.
Now let us analyze this hadees. I love my wife and my kids. So by your logic I will be with my wife and kids not with my Prophet (SAW).
So I love my Allah(SWT) and I love a movie star , will I be with Allah or that movie star. Allah does not say do not love your fellow human beings just love me.
Since I love Allah who is Greater than everybody , So my love is greater for Allah therefore I will be with Allah (SWT), Inshallah.
These points make content of this hadees logically very weak. And as I said Prophet Mohammad (SAW) was perfect human he cannot say something which has very weak logic. Either this or the complete hadees was not narrated.
That is why you cannot apply this hadees to your philosophy of calling everyone crazy who have this infatuation with movie stars.
A Muslim has great love and respect for Allah and his messenger (SAW) so no matter who else they love they will be with Allah(SWT) and his messenger (SAW), Inshallah. I am not saying to everybody go and start throwing French kisses to movie stars , your love for movie stars, if you have any, should not exceed your love for Allah (SWT) and his holy Prophet(SAW).
Let people live their lives , do not be judge of their intentions. Extremism in any shape and form does not help anybody.
