resisting ur cravings for fatty food and timmy’s tripple chocolate cheese cake and iced cap and all the other mithais is the hardest jihad i’ve ever been on for the past few months.
sometimes i win sometimes i lose. i need a permenant cure for winning.

you must control them by eating as much of it as you can untill you are sick of it...
and then try chocolate eclairs

l_d my love for sugar is very deep. i have lived on sweets (desi meetha) straight for couple of days without being sick of it. heck i can live on sugar all my life if i didnt have fear of getting dibetes or heart attack. so that is not a very sensible solution for me :-(

have a little bit.. it wont hurt.. and when having something as good as chocolate... or any thing with chocolate ( in your case..a tripple chocolate cheese cake) have the finest one to finish the craving and killng the guilt of having it.. :) thats it.
hey, if you cant win it.. join it, just dont over do it. a drop of water can parish the same thirst as a glass of water can... have fun, you live only once to enjoy it. :)

Okay this is what works for me. Everytime i want a piece of that cheesecake or mithaee i go look at the ugliest fattest pic of a girl with all the blubber hanging....................and immediately lose the craving for anything that will increase an ounce of my weight.

drink lots of water and 3 glasses of milk a day. If u have cravings for something sweet try those chocolate protein shakes...it fills u up and quenches ur craving.

Lydia & Lazy: You both are pretty girls and keep up the self esteem. I actually once saw this big fat thing in people magazine and my mind has preserved that image forever. There are times when i will give in but mostly i try to think of that blubbery thing to avoid all the junk:)

actually i read this thing in glamour magazine… take three bites of any sweet, because those r the best bites… three bites usually fix the craving, of course they gotta be 3 small to medium sized bites, not big enuff to finish the whole thing ![]()
Glamour magazine is great… they promote feeling good about yourself, whatever size you are, but they also promote health and exercise and proper diet, but it also recognizes that sometimes u just gotta hav fun and stop worrying bout calories every second of the day ![]()

cravings are sometimes the signals sent by your body to inform you it misses an important element for its health...I am not saying you need to eat these food you crave for but ask yourself what is missing in your diet...and what is the element mostly found in the food you crave for..then solve your imbalanced diet...
I had big cravings for chocolate...i solved them by taking magnesium pills...

i forgot to say that in order to control your cravings, you need to indulge yourself regurlarly with small amounts of your fav sweet/fat food...just make sure you exercise enough to stay fit!...if you deprive yourself you are at great risk of compulsionary behavior afterwards so please don't do that...remeber i said..somteimes and small amount...of course the frequency and amount of sweet/fat food you can depends on your metabolism and exercise scheme!
