Crash Diets?

Crash Diets or quick weight loss diets are not healthy for a person.
Some people say it makes you gain your weight faster than before when you stop the diet.Is it true?Does it have a scientific basis?

Yup! And it makes sense too cuz there r no shortcuts in life.

You are correct... Be weary of diets which limit all your carbs, because when you come back to the fine stuff made out of carbs, you gain ever more!

I know a friend whose into body building. Lost about 80lbs before the show after going on a total no carb diet over a span of 3 months. After the show was over, he gained a whooping 110lbs in just 3 weeks!

Woho! First i was like 80lbs in 3 months and then i was hit by 110lbs in 3 weeks. How the hell does that happen, lol.

He's huge, and from what he told me about bodybuilding shows, that's pretty normal... They also eat like pigs after the show. I have seen him consume two huge tubs of Ben and Jerry's in one go!
