Crash Course In Marketing!

I applied for a management scheme with a Marketing firm, not knowing the slightest bit about it, any how, they gave me an interview tomorrow, so can you guys plz give me a crash course on the fundementals of marketing strategies ect in the next few hours!

I need to know the following terms:

  • face-to-face marketing.
    *human comercials
  • any other key marketing ish!

What kind of Marketing ... technical products, consumer goods, etc. Tell us more about the role.

hiya,

dunno where u r located but there are some marketing fundamentals such as the marketing mix(price, promotion etc)...brand management (brand recognition and perception)...but anyway if its a direct marketing position they wouldn't be asking you much academic questions rather they would like to check how confident you are and wether you can attract an audience or not.. In UK basically a direct marketing position means that they usually hire anyone because they hardly give any basic salaries and they are ccommission based or OTE based only(so it depends on ur luck how much u can earn) But the issue is debatable. Anyway just be confident and Viola, u'd pass with flying colours. wish ya luck.
