what is cracked wheat,bulgar wheat? is it the same for daliya or poha? if i dont find cracked wheat in store can i use daliya or poha for tabbouleh?**
and where can i find the tahini sauce?

No, bulgar wheat is small whole grains which swell up when you soak them. Cracked wheat is dalia and poha is made of rice. Best is to used bulgar and you can find it in middle eatern stores or the bulk foods section of a regular grocery store. Tahini is also available in International sections of grocery stores, or in mide eatern stores, even Indian stores.
