Vaseline at night, cover with socks, you will have smooth heels within i a few days of doing this routine

This is what i have and i absolutely love it.
Once you use this to take off the cracked part, you can use heavy moisturizers such as body butters or vaseline to keep the heels smooth.

Sometimes I make a mixture of olive oil, sugar, and lotion. I don't measure...I just get it to a chunky/scrubby consistency. Soak your feet/hands in warm water and give em a good scrub with this mixture. It leaves it feeling nice and soft. And then you can amp up the moisture by slathering on some vaseline and covering your feet with socks.
