These terms are not galis and curse words (and if you take that way, then it is your problem).
As Allah swt said, human beings were taught to name things so that we know their nature.
For many things related to militancy in Arab lands (and by extension in Pak) are related to

— Jihadist bloodshed
— Islamist anarchy.
You were discussing israel and arabs so these things came up.
However if you are discussing the spring flowers, we would focus on the rang, and khusboo until you will bring some religiosity in that topic.
