I dont really see whats "World Affairs" about bottled cow urine. It is either a religious practice or a cultural one. Both of these have dedicated forums on GS.

relevant topics for WA should be evident from forum description... "politics" .. "geo-political"... "international relations". Everything that happens in India is not a world affairs issue.
